I had Adam and the team at TechedOUT build me a new computer system that [hopefully] will be the last computer I will ever own [I'm in my 70's]. The entire process from the initial consultation where Adam interviewed me to determine my exact needs, to offering suggestions and alternatives that actually turned out to be both better suited and more economical for my requirements than what I had envisioned, to the actual build, the environment setup, the migration of my 360,000+ files / 20,000+ folders (roughly 1.5Tb of data), their introduction to Cloud solutions, and their after delivery support... I have to say TechedOUTSolutions were top notch. They were responsive to my needs, communicated in a timely manner, always showed interest in concerns (real or imagined) and were EXTREMELY patient. From the outset Adam suggested that they were not interested in just another sale, but rather in building a relationship with their clients. I can honestly say that in every exchange, whether online, on the phone, in emails or text, I felt that they really wanted me as a client - and believe me, the amount of money I was spending wasn't going to make them rich, yet I felt like I was one of their most important clients.
